Personal Fitness Training
Our premium service is for people who desire the very best in customized personal training with one-on-one guidance. Your exercise program can be a sports training program that may include golf conditioning/ golf fitness for sports performance, or with senior fitness exercises depending on the goal of the individual. Various functional training methods including strength training, conditioning, flexibility and performance training modalities, depending on a client’s goals as well as health and wellness background, may be included.
Benefits of personal training include motivation and accountability, burning stored body fat, gaining strength, improving sports performance, balance, increasing bone density, lowering blood pressure, and increasing flexibility & energy to name just a few. You begin with a FREE initial consultation where one of our professionals will discuss your goals, answer all of your questions & gather the information necessary to create your custom fitness program. All exercise plans include the following as part of your 1st session:
- Fitness assessment
- Body measurements
- Body fat analysis
- Movement screening
- Goal setting
Every 3 months, we’ll perform a reassessment to gauge progress and make necessary adjustments and modifications. The client will receive a visual graph of their progress. Special pricing on packages:
- Single personal training session - $70
- Silver personal training package (12 sessions) $272/ month ($24 savings)
- Gold personal training package (24 sessions) $540/ month ($60 savings)
- Platinum personal training package (36 sessions) $800/ month ($120 savings)
- Maintenance Program - $100/ month (Our “budget friendly” program includes one personal training session and one home or gym fitness program per month that the client can do on their own)
