This class is geared towards people wanting a good workout but who don't have a lot of time to do it. Each class is 30 minutes long so it fits in even the tightest schedules. Also great for people not desiring to dedicate an entire hour to a workout, with this you can walk away feeling great but without having to take a shower or re-do your hair or makeup!
Unlike Boot Camps that can be intimidating to some people, this exercise class moves in a circuit format through various workout stations. Each person in the class can adjust the intensity level of the workout to his/ her own needs and pace.
