Lunch Crunch (30 minute whole body workouts for busy people)
- Intermediate/ Advanced Tuesdays & Thursdays 11:30am - 12noon

This exercise class is for people who want a good workout without a lot of time to do it.
Intensity levels can be adjusted for each person as you move in a circuit through various workout stations.
